REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ADMISSIONS
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
On or before the first day of school, you must bring the following completed and signed where applicable:
- Enrollment Packet with Physical Form #3040 and Immunization Form #680 (please bring updated medical forms for every physical and vaccination visit) Set reminders of due dates)
- Enrollment Contract & Terms of Payment Agreement Form. (Excel is a Slot Based Program)
- Annual Registration Fee $250, Annual Supply Fee $250, and 1st week’s Tuition (it is recommended that families pay one week ahead and on time to avoid $25 weekly late fees.)
- Emergency Medical Authorization Form
- Liability Release Form/Release of all Claims
- Media Release Form
- 2 changes of clothes and a blanket (all labeled with the child’s name)
NOTE: All payments must be made prior to and in order to maintain admission.
PARENT CHILD ORIENTATION
We want children to feel safe and happy in the absence of their parents and to recognize our staff as a source of safety, help, and friendship. In order to accomplish this, we aim to create a partnership with parents in the following ways:
- Parent Tours
- 15 minute Sit Ins
- Invitations to Events and Programs
- Teacher Conferences in September and April each school year and upon scheduled request
- Email, Phone, Front Door Notes, Procare Check-in Messages Verbal and in Communication Note Books
- PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO VOLUNTEER! Please register at the front desk. Complete 20 hours on or off site per school year. There are many opportunities to be involved in the education space. For example: read to the class, chaperon field trips, pack lunch/goodie bags, donate supplies, file papers, assist during nap time, prepare projects and activities, and help during special events.
TUITION
Excel is a Slot Based Program. You are responsible for payment August-June whether your child is in attendance or not.
Each family has “one free week” per school year to use as a vacation.
Tuition is due on Fridays for the following week. Tuition payments made after Monday morning for the week of care is considered late and will incur a $25.00 late fee in addition to the weekly tuition.
Registration each school year is $250 if your child does not attend summer camp. Full payment is due on the first day of attendance in addition to registration and activity fees. Fees may be prorated only on the first week of attendance if the child does not start on the first day of the school week. All tuition thereafter is due on Fridays for the following week of care.
Tuition may be paid on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
In all situations, the payments are to be made by the Friday prior or Monday morning at drop off.
If payment is to be on a monthly basis, the amount is calculated using the number of Monday’s in the month and the weekly rate. The space given to your child at Excel is reserved for your child. Tuition is due whether or not your child is in attendance.
