AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Our Afterschool program serves “at-risk” students from three distinct communities; Miami, Miami Gardens, and North Miami.

Students receive academic-focused activities designed to be interactive, engaging, and creative using the project-based learning model to focus STEAM, Social and Emotional Learning, and Life Skills. The students receive a dose of SEL skills, Healthy Habits, STEAM through our enrichment lessons and experiential trips. 

We used researched-based curriculums such as SPARKS, CATCH PE, Positive Action, Peace Work, KIDZLit, and Dole 5 A Day for the best outcome. 

In addition, we expose our students to cultural diversity, creative arts, dance, and music.

We host FREE afterschool programs for our community thanks to 21st Century CCLC and The Children’s Trust.
